5. Cook and modify your recipes.
6. Choose healthy drinks.
7. Eat healthier choices of fast food.
8. Snack smarter. (Store only healthy snacks in the fridge and read processed food labels for sugar, fat and sodium content. If numbers are high, don't buy.)
