PHYSICIAN CLINICS

Burgess Family Clinics are located in Dunlap, IA, and Sloan, IA, , NE with a satellite clinic in Decatur, NE. Sloan and Dunlap are certified by Medicare as Rural Health Clinics (RHC). RHC status means that we are required to have a Mid-Level Practitioner in the clinics at least 50% of the time which allows us to provider for more patient care and availability to our patients.
New patients are accepted at all clinics.

Burgess Family Clinics provide quality patient-centered care to patients from newborns to senior citizens in our communities. The clinic health care providers are well equipped to treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical illnesses.

Preventive Care Services are an important part of health care and the clinics offer annual physical exams, exams for camp, sports and school, well child care visits, as well as screening services.
