Community education needs are met though education classes, CPR classes and support groups. The education and wellness coordinators at Burgess Health Center offer a wide variety programming throughout the year.

Through the education department at Burgess, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals speak about issues such as cardiac care, childbirth, current issues in health care, healthcare careers, hospital services, weight control issues and more. Burgess also coordinates hospital tours and other programs for local organizations. The hospital offers these programs free of charge as a community service. Community CPR classes are held on an as needed basis.
